Responsibilities
The Senior Referral Management Administrator will coordinate with insurance companies or TRANSCOM for Air Ambulance services for transportation off the island for contractor personnel, U.S. Civilians, their dependents, and all Active Duty personnel and their dependents
Provide Casualty Evacuation using non-medical air transport for intra-atoll movement of patients including U. S., RMI, and third-country personnel from islands within Kwajalein atoll having rotary or fixed-wing landing capabilities
Be available for on-call duties as required, responding promptly to emergencies and providing care as necessary
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years experience in medical care coordination is required
A bachelor's degree, associate degree, or diploma from an accredited professional nursing educational program is required
Must hold and maintain a current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
Must have 12 months of experience within the last 2 years in a clinical setting
Experience with TRICARE benefits; quality control and risk management; medical terminology; medical forms; and records management
Must have an active BLS certification
All Healthcare Providers and medical support staff must have a recent clinical experience in patient care for at least 6 months out of the past year
Must have a current U.S. passport with no less than 6 months remaining before expiration
Must sign an International Assignment Agreement (IAA) and is bound to the terms and conditions of the IAA
Preferred
Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited master's of social work program
