Sales Analyst
Sonova Group is a growing company seeking a Sales Analyst to drive sales growth. The role involves working with field sales teams to identify opportunities, analyze sales trends, and support strategic decision-making to enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities
Analyze sales trends and key performance indicators and share insights with Senior Management
Perform channel and customer-level analysis to support strategic decision-making
Monitor sales performance and identify improvement opportunities
Support quarterly business reviews
Conduct financial analysis for customer pricing proposals
Track promotions with Sales, Marketing and Product Management
Contribute to sales budget and monthly forecasts
Recommend enhancements to BI tools including SAP BW and Salesforce
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Excellent analytical skills, including advanced Excel knowledge
Strong writing and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, accurate, and a proven self-starter
Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
