Responsibilities
Perform minor repairs and handle small work orders (e.g., light bulb replacement, lock changes, blinds installation, basic appliance/furniture install & removal, door/cabinet/furniture repair)
Conduct pest treatments and basic plumbing/electrical work
Pack and remove trash, organize trash cans, and assist with general upkeep tasks
Must have a personal vehicle (truck preferred) and be able to travel between Squirrel Hill and Oakland on short notice
Available to respond to occasional off-office-hour emergencies
Communicate professionally with tenants to address issues and provide timely updates
Coordinate with property owners to answer inquiries and arrange maintenance visits
Assist with basic billing calculations (e.g., utilities)
Handle simple email cases and office errands
Create marketing posts for ILS channels
Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities as needed
Qualification
Required
