Manage preparation and review of federal, state, and foreign income tax returns
Participates in M&A integration functions
Identifies and communicates income tax issues and solutions to business matters
Manages special projects as assigned, including tax planning and developing new processes
Oversee income tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures
Monitor changes in tax laws and assess impact on the company
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of progressive income tax experience required in a large corporate tax department or public accounting firm
CPA and/or relevant Master's degree required
Strong communication skills and team player
