Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the luxury goods market, focusing on both short-term results and long-term brand equity
Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, programmatic advertising, and online campaign management
Oversee the company’s social media presence, crafting engaging content and campaigns that resonate with high-end audiences across all relevant platforms
Drive ecommerce initiatives, optimizing the online customer journey, growing direct-to-consumer sales, and leveraging analytics to inform decisions
Manage and coach a small, high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment
Collaborate with creative, PR, and product teams to deliver cohesive and compelling brand experiences
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights to inform marketing activities and identify new opportunities
Establish and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
8-15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the luxury goods sector
Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and ecommerce platforms
Strong sense of luxury branding, storytelling, and customer experience
Demonstrated team leadership and project management skills; prior experience managing a small team required
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work onsite at our client's office in Dallas, TX
