Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA, aligned to current and future business needs
Manage external ERP implementation partners across a multi-year transformation
Act as the internal authority on finance systems, data integrity, and reporting
Design scalable finance processes to support commercialization and operational growth
Translate finance and controlling requirements into effective system solutions
Support accounting and finance teams with system processes, data flows, controls, and documentation
Build dashboards and reporting to support leadership decision-making
Oversee integrations with 3PLs, payroll, expense, FP&A, and other third-party systems
Identify system gaps, recommend enhancements, and drive continuous improvement
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Operations, and external auditors
Support quarterly and annual audits through strong system design and controls
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of experience in financial systems, finance transformation, or FinOps
Hands-on experience with ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA required)
Strong grounding in accounting, controls, and financial reporting
Proven ability to leverage data for business insights and executive reporting
Comfortable operating cross-functionally and owning complex initiatives end to end
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment
