Staff, Product Manager - Marketplace Supply Chain
Walmart Inc. is a leading retailer seeking a Staff Product Manager for their Marketplace Supply Chain team. The role involves owning the end-to-end requirements and seller experience for Marketplace supply chain products, leading cross-functional teams, and driving data-driven product decisions to enhance seller capabilities.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end requirements and seller experience for one Marketplace supply chain product
Design and own technical requirements, seller performance and analytics/insights dashboard development and delivery
Lead cross-functional engineering teams to design and implement complex system integrations
Develop and communicate technical roadmaps for supply chain product
Drive data-driven product decisions through customer/seller analysis and metrics
Create comprehensive Technical BRDs and PRFAQs that clearly articulate system requirements and integration strategies
Define and own technical KPIs, business metrics, and customer segmentation insights across delivery platforms
Partner with business teams to translate seller insights into actionable growth strategies
Up to 25% travel required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management
9 years' experience in product management or related area
Strong record of delivering complex technical solutions in global supply chains
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity is a given
Excellent Stakeholder Management to keep key partners aligned and informed
Ability to drive things across multiple teams in a matrixed organization

Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences
Demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices
