Responsibilities
Serve as first-line technical support for healthcare customers using our radiology SaaS solutions
Diagnose and resolve software issues, system integrations, and user access problems
Guide customers through complex workflows and feature configurations
Escalate advanced technical issues to appropriate engineering teams
Maintain detailed case documentation and ensure timely resolution follow-up
Respond to all tickets within SLA using approved templates and best practices
Handle both simple documented fixes and advanced configuration issues
Understand each customer's path to successful use of AbbaDox
Provide progress updates, timelines, and resolution details to clients
Create detailed JIRA tickets with complete information when escalating to development
Write and expand knowledge base articles for recurring issues
Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to resolve pain points and enhance the customer experience
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer service role or technical support role; technology/healthcare preferred
Associate's degree or similar
Mastery of English Language (Written and Spoken)
Schedule: Must be available for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
