Atrium is a people-centric organization that values collaboration and innovation. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Human Capital Management team by providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with team leaders on business and employee initiatives, including research, workflow management, project tracking, and executive PowerPoint presentations
Support talent and recruitment coordination by scheduling interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Monitor team inboxes, respond to employee inquiries, and escalate issues as needed
Maintain complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and manage logistics
Manage employee records and organize team files
Perform general administrative tasks and provide reception coverage as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Positive team player with adaptability and a dynamic approach
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent judgment, independence, and resourcefulness
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce and Concur
Dynamic and personable demeanor
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
