They are looking for a Data & Analytics Intern to assist in understanding customer lifetime value through KPI reporting, data analysis, and predictive modeling, while collaborating with business stakeholders and mentors.

Responsibilities

Meet with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements for KPI reports
Write and execute advanced SQL queries to extract and transform customer and sales data
Develop and validate the logic for calculating key metrics such as Active Customers, Cross-Category purchasing, and PLTV
Build and update data visualizations and dashboards in a BI tool to make reports accessible and understandable
Analyze and interpret data trends to provide insights and identify anomalies
Collaborate with a mentor on data modeling techniques for the Predictive Lifetime Value (PLTV) project
Document data sources, definitions, and query logic to ensure your work is repeatable and understandable

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
Advanced SQL and data manipulation skills
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics fundamentals
Experience with stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and data storytelling
Must be located in the Austin, TX area
Must be available to work up to 32 hours per week, Monday - Friday (between the hours of 8AM-5PM CST)
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation
Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
