Part-time Communications Specialist (Retail)
Corps Team is a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, and they are seeking a Communications Specialist to support store and field communications. This role is ideal for someone with retail experience who can create clear, engaging communications for team members and store operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute store communications, including BPUs, circulars, intranet updates, and multimedia content
Collect feedback from stores and share insights with leadership
Support operational communications, including Stop Sale and Recall updates
Collaborate across teams to meet communication deadlines and business needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date content on the company intranet
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in communications, retail operations, or management
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate/advanced skills in Excel and Adobe PDF
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Preferred
Preference onsite (Brentwood, TN) or Hybrid
Might consider fully remote for candidates with strong retail communications background
