Responsibilities
Manage and support the day-to-day activities of a team of Quality Associates
Collaborate on internal and external audits in support of business objectives
Create, maintain, and manage project plans for compliance and client audits, as required
Monitor and control audit-related projects to ensure all internal deliverables are completed on schedule
Assist with the administration and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation
Manage and maintain documentation within SharePoint sites
Ensure team compliance with training requirements and proper record keeping
Provide project and audit status reports as requested
Conduct project reviews and develop recommendations to identify both successful and unsuccessful project elements
Coordinate and manage evidence-gathering activities in preparation for audits
Drive documentation reviews to ensure audit readiness
Document findings related to unacceptable practices or procedures and recommend corrective actions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a corporate environment
Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Preferred
Previous Quality Assurance management experience
Bachelor's degree
