20 Years of experience in operations or general management

Able to clearly answer: Which operational systems must be standardized globally before launch?
Able to clearly answer: Which systems should be left to regional teams for flexible adjustment?
Able to make structural decisions in situations with incomplete information and significant cultural and market differences
Able to deeply collaborate with the founding team to co-create a global operating model, rather than merely acting as an execution layer
