Responsibilities
Leading and collaborating on highly visible area-wide business projects
Identifying, prioritizing, and executing initiatives that have maximized commercial and strategic impact
Demonstrating thought leadership across various teams and functions
Communicating progress to key stakeholders throughout the organization
Establishing control plans and monitoring appropriate metrics to validate results are achieved, track improvements, and sustain gains
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 8 years of commercial MedTech experience (sales, marketing, operations, or equivalent)
High School Diploma/GED from AND 12 years of commercial MedTech experience (sales, marketing, operations, or equivalent)
Preferred
Project management skills and experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills including engaging with an executive audience
Proven track record of achieving complex goals and objectives
Ability to self-start, balance multiple initiatives, and effectively prioritize
Ability to lead initiatives requiring input from multiple stakeholders and departments
Demonstrated ability to design and implement large scale programs
Experience interacting with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting
Demonstrated executive-facing presentation skills
Diplomacy and proven ability to gain followership
A desire to bring our mission and culture to life through actions and influence
Ability to lead with vulnerable and practice curiosity
Continuous improvement certification (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
