Responsibilities

Own the business for Haleon’s OTC brands, with direct selling and management accountability
Deliver best‑in‑class account management, driving Revenue and Net Margin growth to achieve and exceed targets
Build and execute a multi‑year strategic plan with clear milestones and a path‑to‑goal
Act as the category sales leader for the account; lead cross‑functional teams; apply strong financial and analytical acumen
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP): create strategies that align Haleon brand objectives and track progress and course‑correct
Influence decisions through compelling sales presentations, QBRs, and category updates grounded in advanced analytics
Partner with Demand Planning, Shopper Insights, Supply Chain, and Marketing to set accurate sales goals and deliver against plan
Shape channel strategy and eCommerce/omnichannel evolution to unlock incremental growth
Build strong relationships with merchants and cross‑functional customer partners (Planners, Supply Chain, Digital)
Be the voice of the Customer inside Haleon—communicate the customer’s needs and lead joint initiatives to deliver collaborative objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years managing large national customers in CPG
Hands‑on experience with Circana (IRI/NPD), POS data, Retail Link, and Category Management
Proven experience in finance and account management (forecasting, trade planning, P&L, ROI)

Preferred

Strategic thinking, negotiation, and influencing skills; executive‑ready communication
MBA or advanced business/analytics coursework
Strong analytics & business acumen; track record of fact‑based, analytical selling
Collaborative team player with the ability to build productive relationships across Product, Project Management, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
Excellent planning and organization; demonstrable experience establishing business, product, and market plans using quantitative methods
