Responsibilities
Responsible for all financial planning, processes, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions, including appropriate checks and balances, reporting to the President with a dotted line to the Board of Directors
As a "roll-up-your-sleeves" leader, you will manage daily accounting, monthly closings, and general administration (HR/Legal) as well as recruiting, training and mentoring a lean administrative team
Be willing to work at all levels—from high-level board presentations to the tactical details of monthly closings and supply-chain and distributor management, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence across all levels
Qualification
Required
At least 10-15 years of finance leadership, with a history of scaling small companies
Responsible for all financial planning, processes, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions, including appropriate checks and balances
Manage daily accounting, monthly closings, and general administration (HR/Legal) as well as recruiting, training and mentoring a lean administrative team
Be willing to work at all levels—from high-level board presentations to the tactical details of monthly closings and supply-chain and distributor management
You are a true team player who values collaboration and mentorship over hierarchy
Residing in or willing to commute to East Memphis, TN
Preferred
Understanding of the regulatory, inventory, and reimbursement complexities of the MedTech space
