Responsibilities

Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, referrals and in app demo requests
Experience using and understanding technology basics
Manual research using HubSpot, LI Navigator, Apolli and other databases and websites to pre- qualify small business contacts and business profile
Organize and create a calendar of short demos, Q & A or onboarding assistance
Contacting potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media
Create articulate email exchanges that contain clear and concise instructions and answers for the end user
Assist in onboarding new sales offering white glove service with client focus
Detailed information gathering. Digging for information will be a central focus
Work with prospects and clients to service their existing accounts and upsell
Perform live demonstrations of the features and functionality of the app and the web dashboard to decision makers of small businesses

Required

At least 2 years sales experience with an established company
Experience working remotely a plus
You love to learn and are anxious to expose yourself to new things
Demonstrate the ability to be composed and professional on the phone, through video calls and email
Empathy for a company who is growing and the ability to pivot and juggle many tasks
You possess the nice gene
Extroverted, not shy to pick up the phone or email when necessary to clarify, explain, listen, question when needed
You understand Saas, basic technology and have demonstrated a product/solution
Strong communication and writing skills
Track record of excellence in former positions or schooling
Understands and works with Excel spreadsheets
Understand and works with PowerPoint
Familiar with HubSpot (or professional CRM)
