Responsibilities
Handling collections (following up on outstanding invoices and coordinating resolution)
Quoting repairs and ensuring quotes are completed, sent, and followed up on with customers
Maintaining visibility into customer needs and service history to support timely approvals
Having a working understanding of basic dispatching to support the team as needed
Serving as Fleet Manager as a secondary responsibility
Client Relationships Management - act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Strategic Planning & Business Development - develop account plans and strategies to drive client success
Qualification
Required
2+ years of account management experience
2+ years of customer service experience
Must have experience in the Commercial HVAC industry
Must have sales experience, preferably in HVAC Sales
Must have experience using Microsoft Office applications
Must possess an ability to build strong relationships with customers
