Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Materials Compliance team with day‑to‑day operational activities, documentation, and workflow management
Contribute to change management efforts related to updates in marketing technology systems and internal applications
Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, communications, and project tracking materials
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure compliance procedures are followed and accurately documented
Assist with monitoring project timelines, identifying potential issues, and escalating as appropriate
Maintain high accuracy in the review and handling of compliance‑related information and data
Provide administrative and coordination support to help improve team efficiency and process consistency
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Effective written communication skills
Experience providing project support or operational support
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
3–5 years of experience in compliance, marketing, or a related operations function
Preferred
Experience in client services or customer success
Exposure to data analysis or visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI
Experience in regulated or financial services environments
Familiarity with compliance processes related to marketing materials or digital content
Non‑registered fingerprinted status may be beneficial for regulated environments
