Responsibilities
Lead general ledger, AP, AR, and month-end close processes
Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports
Own standard cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
Provide cash oversight, bank reconciliations, and payment approvals
Support audits, tax compliance, and sales tax filings
Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
Partner with operations, HR, and Payroll to ensure accurate financial reporting
Support ERP utilization and financial system optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
ERP experience required (SAP a plus)
Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
Manufacturing or cost accounting experience preferred
