Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements for a COTS product (PeopleSoft)
Update Requirements Matrix to maintain traceability of requirements through the lifecycle
Support troubleshooting, testing and training activities, to include documenting test cases/plan for user acceptance /stakeholder testing
Document processes and team guides
Participate in the daily scrum, sprint planning, testing, retrospective and sprint reviews
Support activities associated with customer deployments (configuration setup, walkthroughs, testing, etc.)
Interact with users and subject matter experts for requirements, design, and user test
Collaborate with users, developers, and other analysts to resolve complex defects and issues
Qualification
Required
Must be local to DMV area and must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a government agency Clearance
PeopleSoft experience is required
Create, execute, and document test cases/results based on requirements provided
Experience working with Agile software delivery methodologies and Jira software is required
Experience with both manual and automated testing
Map the requirements to test scripts and validate not only documented requirements but validate current functionality against identified business processes and test scenarios
Handle multiple assignments based on directed priorities
Excellent communication skills are essential
Bachelor's Degree is required
Must be a United States Citizen eligible for a public trust (or higher clearance) for this government position
Preferred
Agile and/or PeopleSoft Certifications are highly desirable
