Responsibilities
Provides technical support and resolves any issues with on-site equipment (computers, printers, fax machine, scanners, copier, etc.) as needed
Sets up and secures laptops in secure cart at the end of the evening
Acts as an EMR Super User and provides AthenaNet support to all volunteers
Stays abreast of AthenaNet release changes and informs staff & volunteers of any impacts
Runs monthly reports on server
Presents a welcoming and customer-focused approach in all interactions
Qualification
Required
General technical knowledge of computers, printers, fax machine, scanners, copier, etc
Ability to trouble shoot technical problems & resolve issues as they arise
Knowledge and Proficiency on AthenaNet (or ability to quickly learn EMR system)
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with all levels of volunteers & staff (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc.)
Self-starter who can take initiative to ensure all areas of the Clinic are running smoothly
Preferred
Previous non-profit or volunteer experience helpful
