Responsibilities
Analyzing business requirements and translating them into IAM solutions aligned with security policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify access needs, streamline workflows, and document processes related to identity lifecycle management and role-based access controls
Performing gap analyses and supporting the implementation of IAM technologies, ensuring effective integration with enterprise systems and governance frameworks
Leading and optimizing identity governance and lifecycle management processes, including secure provisioning and de-provisioning in alignment with operational and compliance requirements
Supporting access management and authorization controls by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance identity repositories, authentication frameworks, and scalable access control models across diverse systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, typically reflecting 5 or more years working in identity and access management or related security disciplines
Hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM solutions within complex or enterprise environments
Knowledge of identity governance, identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and access provisioning/de-provisioning
Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into secure and compliant solutions
Understanding of security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Preferred
Experience supporting IAM solutions in large, globally distributed organizations
Exposure to integrating IAM technologies with enterprise applications and systems
Strong documentation, communication, and process improvement skills
Background in regulated industries or environments with strict security and compliance standards
