Responsibilities
Own the promotional calendar and pricing strategy for all TikTok campaigns and initiatives
Plan, launch, and optimize platform-wide promos, seasonal pushes, and creator-driven campaigns
Manage and maintain relationships with TAP (affiliate) agencies to ensure maximum visibility and reach for our campaigns
Align agencies and internal teams on timelines, deliverables, product assortment, promotional pricing, and any performance incentives
Manage and evaluate creator flash deal requests
Design creator contests and incentive programs that support TikTok initiatives and drive participation
Partner with the Creator Growth team to ensure campaigns are supported by the right creator mix
Communicate with the TikTok Creator Matchmaking partner team to maximize visibility to top-performing creators in the Health vertical
Track and report on promo spend, incentive utilization, and conversion performance
Continuously test and refine campaign mechanics to improve CM, ROI, and GMV impact
High-performing promotional calendar that drives consistent GMV and conversion lifts
Efficient use of promo and incentive budgets with clear ROI tracking
Strong creator participation in campaigns and contests
Qualification
Required
2–5 years in promotions, growth marketing, social commerce, or performance marketing
Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
Analytical mindset with comfort in tracking budgets, performance metrics, and conversion data
Experience working with agencies or external partners
Ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and execute with precision
Preferred
Direct experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing ecosystems
Background in creator marketing or social platform monetization
