Responsibilities
Retrieve, consolidate, and validate data from a variety of internal systems and business partners
Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel tools
Identify trends and anomalies through data mining and present findings to leadership
Support ongoing efforts to streamline data flow, reporting accuracy, and analytical efficiency
Assist in developing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial plans
Conduct variance analysis across corporate functions, highlighting key drivers and business impacts
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for internal stakeholders
Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand performance metrics and support strategic decision‑making
Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, models, and reporting structures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance
3–6+ years of relevant corporate finance or FP&A experience (large‑company background strongly preferred)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel
Ability to interpret data from multiple sources and communicate findings clearly
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable presenting insights and partnering with various levels of leadership
