Curate datasets from the warehouse
Understand A/B testing fundamentals
Interpret/report on A/B testing results
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field
Strong SQL skills; experience working with large, complex datasets
Hands-on experience with dashboarding and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, Power BI, Amazon Quick suite)
Proven experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, causal inference)
Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences
Strong business judgment and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred
Experience supporting consumer products, fintech, or growth marketing teams
Familiarity with experimentation platforms and statistical methods
Strong plus: Consumer banking / fintech experience (e.g., SoFi, Chime, Robinhood)
