Project Consultant, High-Energy Sales Pro
PAINT CORPS is a veteran-exclusive painting brand looking for high-energy, competitive sales professionals to sell premium residential and commercial repaint projects. The Project Consultant role involves following a proven sales process, generating leads, and closing deals to achieve significant annual sales.
Responsibilities
Follow the PAINT CORPS proven sales process and pricing structure
Close 40%+ of issued appointments
Produce $1M+ in annual sales
Sell residential projects using our package system
Sell larger commercial and specialty projects using custom pricing
Deliver confident, professional presentations in homes and businesses
Generate at least 30% of your own opportunities through outreach, networking, and canvassing
Coordinate with Operations to ensure clean handoffs and strong execution
Maintain accurate CRM records and use company systems
Represent PAINT CORPS at events, home shows, trade shows, and community functions
Maintain a professional appearance and wear the PAINT CORPS uniform
Show up energized, prepared, and accountable every day
Qualification
Required
High-energy, competitive sales professionals
Ability to follow the PAINT CORPS proven sales process and pricing structure
Ability to close 40%+ of issued appointments
