Responsibilities
Consistently prospect, pitch, tour, and close lease agreements with new and existing clients to increase occupancy and strengthen long-term business relationships
Manage and track business performance using clearly defined sales and operational metrics
Demonstrated success in driving business results is strongly preferred
Possession of an active real estate license is a plus
Network with prominent local groups and organizations to market the benefits of CUBExec and build ongoing relationships within the community
Generate creative marketing ideas that resonate with our target clientele
Develop and distribute marketing materials throughout the surrounding areas
Create a welcoming first impression for all current and prospective clients and their guests
Manage and coordinate schedules for meeting rooms, service repairs, tenant events, and other items and activities
Support clients to maximize the potential of their CUBExec experience
Manage Accounts Receivable
Manage Mail Service and Distribution
Greet Customers for Business Clients
Manage the day-to-day operation of the space
Qualification
Required
Strong business acumen and an understanding of what drives profitability
Customer Service in their DNA
Ability to quickly develop a keen awareness of target audience
