Responsibilities

Accountant will reconcile accounts receivable & accounts payable and bank accounts
Produce financial reports including weekly cash flow reports
Invoicing and payment processing
Trust account record keeping
Understands accounting issues and other operational issues experienced by clients
As an Accountant, you will work accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision, while still meeting client expectations and deadlines
Working knowledge of preparing payroll setup, submission, review and journal entries
Paying vendor bills
Custom reporting

Accounting degree required
Excel experience
Professional skills to handle all types of client engagements efficiently and timely
High level of project management skills to ensure deadlines are met on multiple client engagements
