Account Executive
Fide Freight is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join their growing sales team. This role is responsible for acquiring new clients, onboarding accounts, and managing a book of business from initial contact through long-term partnership.

Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close targeted accounts through cold calls, emails, and meetings
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a consistent outbound cadence
Expand existing accounts by identifying new contacts and uncovering growth opportunities
Lead and coordinate RFQs/RFPs to ensure client needs and service standards are met
Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-specific issues
Assign and delegate workloads to the operations team as needed
Manage and escalate issues while ensuring timely resolution
Support and coach operations team members when required
Maintain daily communication with clients to understand and meet their needs
Stay informed on market trends, seasonality, and industry updates
Meet or exceed all daily/weekly/monthly metrics
Maintain proficiency across all company software and platforms
Represent the company professionally with clients, colleagues, and leadership
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred
freight brokerage or logistics experience preferred
