The LMS Administrator will be responsible for collaborating on sales education and training programs, assisting in the design of educational materials, and maintaining LMS training modules.

Responsibilities
Assist in instructional design and maintaining the LMS
Assist the training and education team with the development of education programs
(Co) Create and develop new/existing content, learning tools, and competency assessments for the field based on field leadership input
Maintain MS Teams sites and assist in building the content for programming and leveraging CMR process
Regular and predictable work performance
Ability to work under fast-paced conditions
Ability to make decisions and use good judgement
Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required
Ability to successfully work with others
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to work effectively and diplomatically with multiple functions including field sales, marketing, regulatory/compliance, and engineering
Excellent communication skills, particularly presentation abilities
Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
Regular and predictable work performance
Ability to work under fast-paced conditions
Ability to make decisions and use good judgement
Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required
Ability to successfully work with others
Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed
Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Some travel required
Preferred
Cardiac surgery and/or arrhythmia procedure experience
Experience building education content and/or medical device marketing management
Experience with learning management and content management systems highly recommended
