Responsibilities

Provide high quality customer service and create a positive experience for guests and team members
Prioritize guest and staff safety through proper rule enforcement
Assist guests by answering questions
Help with facility upkeep
Attend required pre-season training workshops and staff meetings and in-service trainings
Work special events
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Red Cross Lifeguarding certificationRed Cross Lifeguard Instructor certificationFirst Aid/CPRCustomer service experienceAquatic programming experience

Required

Must be 15 years of age by date of hire
Some positions may require you to be 17+ years of age
Must have completed 9th grade or equivalent in 2025
Ability to regularly stand, talk and listen/hear while performing work expectation
Ability to work early morning, daytime, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

Experience working with the public
Current Red Cross Lifeguarding certification
Current Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor certification
First Aid/CPR
Previous participation in aquatic programming (swim/dive team, swim lessons, etc.)
