Responsibilities
System Optimization: Act as the subject matter expert for Club Management Systems (CMS), ensuring system configurations align with industry best practices for billing, member access control, and service scheduling
Operational Analysis: Conduct comprehensive reviews of front-of-house and back-of-house workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose scalable technical solutions
Requirements Documentation: Elicit and document detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process maps that translate operational needs into actionable technical roadmaps
Integration & Vendor Management: Facilitate technical alignment between third-party wellness technology vendors and existing internal platforms to ensure data integrity and seamless user experiences
Member Journey Mapping: Analyze the technical touchpoints of the member lifecycle—from lead generation and CRM entry to billing cycles and retention efforts—to improve overall system performance
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality sector
Prior experience in club-level operations for high-volume fitness brands is essential
Proven track record in requirements gathering, Gap Analysis, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise-level systems
Advanced proficiency with industry-standard platforms (e.g., ABC Fitness, ClubReady, or similar CMS) and integrated CRM ecosystems
Understanding of the technical logic behind fitness-specific billing models, including EFT cycles, membership freezes, and payment reconciliation
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex system architecture to executive stakeholders and operational leads
