Responsibilities
Proactively identify and recruit high-potential TikTok creators through outbound outreach, TikTok/Fastmoss/Euka discovery, and affiliate platforms
Leverage EUKA and other affiliate messaging tools to build and manage a robust creator pipeline
Build, send, and iterate upon target plans for priority creators and verticals
Promote and advertise our Discord community to onboard and engage new creators
Acquire competitor brand talent by identifying high-performing creators in adjacent and competing verticals
Partner with Promotions and TikTok leadership to align creator recruitment with upcoming campaigns
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting on creator performance, recruitment progress, and GMV impact
Grow and engage our creator community through active recruitment and promotion
Increase revenue contribution from high-performing, high-tier creators
Optimize creator mix and performance
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in a relevant field: creator partnerships, influencer/affiliate marketing, or social commerce
Mastery of outbound communication and negotiation, specifically in a sales context or creator recruitment context across multiple platforms (email, Discord, social DMs)
Proven organizational skills to build and maintain multiple creator pipelines simultaneously
Results-oriented and competitive, driven by measurable performance and revenue growth
Independent and accountable with a strong sense of domain ownership for all assigned responsibilities
Comfortable navigating the ambiguity and pace of a fast-moving, startup work culture
Preferred
Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms, or creator CRM tools like Euka
Experience building or managing Discord or online creator communities
Experience in a sales environment, especially if involving negotiations
Bilingual, with the ability to read and write in Spanish
Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) to do similar work in person at live events
