Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client households
Conduct regular client service calls, check-ins, and review meetings
Respond to client questions and service requests professionally and promptly
Ensure clients understand next steps in their financial plan
Monitor accounts and identify opportunities for deeper planning conversations
Support and occasionally help lead client events, seminars, and webinars
Implement Financial Advisor recommendations accurately and on time
Coordinate paperwork, applications, transfers, and follow-ups
Track planning action items and ensure completion
Educate clients on firm services, planning processes, and expectations
Partner closely with Financial Advisors to ensure a seamless client experience
Coordinate with the Insurance team on product implementation
Work with Client Experience and Operations teams on outreach and events
Contribute to firm-wide holistic planning initiatives
Maintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions
Track follow-up cadence and service milestones
Support reporting through consistent and timely data entry
