Registers child support applications, validates locations, and establish paternity
Coordinates child support activities with legal, judicial, and public organizations
Establishes child support obligations and ensures that such obligations are met
Communicates with clients and other constituents via telephone, email correspondence, and direct contact to ensure that support obligations are met
Manages a caseload to ensure that child support cases follow the Same Day Service Standard of Operating Procedure
Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED AND one (1) year of direct job-related experience
Preferred
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
