Responsibilities
Process and maintain payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule
Assist with payroll reconciliations and resolving payroll discrepancies
Maintain employee records related to payroll, benefits, and deductions
Support our Payroll Supervisor with reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with payroll-related projects and continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
3-5 Years of experience in payroll processing
High level of integrity
Confidentiality
Attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field, bachelor's preferred
Experience with ADP highly preferred
