Human Resources Assistant
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee file maintenance and data entry
Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and record updates
Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS or internal tracking systems
Assist with audits, compliance documentation, and reporting as needed
Communicate with employees in English and Spanish as required
Provide general support to the HR team on special projects and ongoing initiatives
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in Human Resources or an HR administrative support role
Bilingual Spanish (English/Spanish) required
Experience working with confidential matters and sensitive employee data
Strong data management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
HRIS experience is a plus
