Responsibilities
Receives and stores product, picks and packs product for shipment, and ships orders. Inspect materials for orders verifying accurate quantity, lot number, expiration dates and product part number
Creates and/or ensures appropriate documentation is completed for orders. Reconciles inventory and may perform cycle counts and data entry functions as assigned
May involve operation of powered industrial equipment such as power jacks, forklifts, cherry picker, and/or reach trucks. Identifies and solves routine problems in work area with management team. Assist management team on organizational improvement projects such as lean and quality initiatives
Qualification
Required
High school degree (or equivalent degree) with 0-2 years of experience
Strong attention to detail and safety in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Lifting: Up to 50 lbs, multiple times during an 8-to-10-hour shift
Push/Pull/Bend/Twist: Multiple times, up to 2 to 4 hours continuously during an 8-to-10-hour shift
Sitting: 0% of the time
Standing/Walking: Approximately 2 to 4 hours continuously during an 8-to-10-hour shift
Climbing/Kneeling: 0% of the time
Hand Movement: Repetitive movement including gripping, grasping, and manipulation. Approximately 2 to 4 hours intermittently during an 8 to 10 hours shift
(If Applicable) Driving/Operating Equipment: Powered equipment (Forklift, reach truck/cherry picker) is required and must be able to cross train and work in multiple areas of the facility as needed
Machinery: General conveyor systems and Forklift equipment
Environment: Exposure to cold (35 – 46 degrees F), for approx. 2.5 hours continuously during an 8-to-10-hour shift
Sitewide PPE: Steel Toe Shoes
