Responsibilities

Own and manage a defined enterprise territory, driving new logo acquisition and account expansion
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to territory and revenue targets
Lead discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and position value to diverse healthcare stakeholders
Navigate complex buying committees including clinical leaders, administrators, procurement, and executives
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and account-based strategies
Create and present compelling proposals and confidently close a range of deal sizes and contract structures
Maintain accurate, timely CRM data and provide reliable forecasting
Stay current on healthcare market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Collaborate cross-functionally to inform product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
Travel approximately 10–25% as needed for customer meetings and events

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to Hospitals and Health Systems
Proven success selling into mid-market and enterprise healthcare organizations
Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience managing longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
