The intern will be responsible for gathering data, analyzing business challenges, and driving evidence-based decision-making to help design a new process.

Responsibilities
Dive deep into data, analyze business challenges, help design a new process, introduce new technology, re-imagine the way we collaborate to positively influence our culture
Schedule routine check-in meetings with your supervisor to monitor the advancement of assigned projects
Attend weekly Lunch and Learn sessions where you will learn more about a Business Topic of the Week! Examples of past topics include Presentation Skills, Environmental Health and Safety, Our Products, Finance 101, etc
Sit in on meetings both within and beyond your designated role to broaden your engagement
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics or Data Science with anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026 through Spring 2029
Availability to work full-time, onsite, 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks (May-August 2026)
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL
Professional communication skills, especially in communicating technical findings to a non-technical audience
Flexibility and eagerness to learn new skills
Preferred
Experience creating Power BI reports
Experience analyzing financial data
Possess creative problem-solving skills
Willingness to collaborate with team members on projects
Comfortable with asking questions when needed while doing self-guided work
