Responsibilities

Acquiring, analyzing, and processing claims appeals at a subject matter expert level
Process appeals and help draft critical documents, when needed
Answering complex questions from claimants and employers regarding unemployment insurance
Working closely with Hearing Officers and claims staff to determine jurisdictional issues and prepare parties for their hearings

Required

Bachelor's Degree
0-1 year of progressive work experience (typically in Benefits and Eligibility)
