Responsibilities

Identify and map key decision-makers and stakeholders across relevant partner organizations and internal business units
Develop and manage structured outreach efforts across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and in-person or virtual events
Support ongoing partner relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and coordination with senior partnership leadership
Assist in the rollout and execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring internal teams are enabled and external collaborators are aligned
Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to support partner-facing programs and ensure consistency in objectives and messaging
Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, opportunities, and progress within CRM or internal tracking tools
Contribute to the development of scalable processes and best practices for outreach, relationship management, and partnership execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is considered an asset
2–4 years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development within technology or e-commerce environments
1–3 years of experience working in or alongside retail media is required
Demonstrated success in identifying key contacts and executing outreach strategies that lead to productive engagement
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Prior experience working directly for or in close partnership with Amazon is required
