Group Outbound Product Manager, Cloud Databases

Responsibilities
Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, from defining business goals and audiences to cross-functional execution
Develop and land the core product narrative, messaging, and positioning in partnership with product management, engineering, and marketing
Drive strategic GTM initiatives, including generative AI customer program, startup engagement, and enterprise migration campaigns to accelerate business growth
Act as the lead market expert for AlloyDB, engaging with strategic customers, industry analysts, and the developer community to capture feedback and inform the product roadmap
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in product management or related technical role
5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.)
Experience developing or launching products or technologies within databases, analytics, big data, or a related area
Preferred
Master's degree in a technology or business related field
7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders
7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting)
7 years of experience in product management or a similar function, defining and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for enterprise cloud or database products
5 years of experience in the database market with PostgreSQL, and with bringing AI/ML-driven products or features to market
