Regional Sales Director - Central USA

Valmont - CVL Cosmetics North America is a family group celebrating beauty through prestigious brands. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for sales strategy and growth in the US territory, focusing on SPAs and managing regional business development activities.

Responsibilities

Own regional revenue growth, pipeline development, and key account performance across the spa channel
Act as a brand ambassador in the field, delivering elevated product presentations, trainings, and relationship-building with top luxury hotel and medical spa partners
Develop and implement the organization’s strategy at a national level, provide direction for the business within his/her territory
Identify potential business opportunities in his/her territory
Conduct cold calling and first lead approach
Introduce the brands in face to face & present new products
Approve prospects, negotiate new contracts in collaboration with the Business Development Manager (if any)
Develop, cultivate and capitalize relationship with key account in collaboration with the BDM (if any)
Manage and control pricing and contractual issue
Manage the comp/allocation product quantities of his/her territory
Event management support (e.g.: master classes, pop-ups for the biggest customers)
Sales analysis, setting objectives by account and territory
Networking with Spa Directors
Manage the profit and loss of key accounts
Manage and promote the LMV concept (la Maison Valmont) in the US
Leads a team through unifying leadership, identifies clear expectations and ensures the performance of his team by promoting talent development
Ensures optimal communication and collaboration with the CVL NA Executive Committee as well as other Valmont organizations
Participates or directs all activities or projects related to sales, requested by the company

Required

Master's degree in management, or any other relevant discipline
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development in the skin care industry
