Responsibilities
Load Materials : loads and unloads material from machines, conveyors, etc
Prepare and Assemble: Assemble materials with a torque gun and assist in the placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, supplying or holding materials or tools
Ensure Quality: Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications
Contribute to Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities
Maintain and Organize: Support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices
Qualification
Required
Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work
Enjoy hands-on roles and working with machinery or are eager to learn
Are comfortable working in a supportive, team-oriented environment
