Own the commercial strategy and revenue growth across European territories
Manage and develop distributor and channel partner relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in refining, energy, chemical, and testing sectors
Conduct technical presentations, trade show support, and product demos as needed
Collaborate with U.S.-based product, marketing, and support teams
Monitor competitive activity and market trends in assigned regions
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting through CRM tools
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably with capital equipment or lab instrumentation
Demonstrated success managing multi-country sales and distributor networks
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Based in Europe with willingness to travel regularly throughout the region
Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
Preferred
Experience in petroleum, chemical, or industrial lab testing sectors
Familiarity with ASTM standards and compliance-driven customer environments
Knowledge of key European distributors or regional markets
CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
