InternMTU Maintenance Fort Worth is part of the world’s largest independent jet engine MRO company based in Germany providing aftermarket and OEM-licensed engine maintenance services worldwide. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Intern to support engineering projects, assist with technical analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while developing practical skills and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities
Assist engineers with design, testing, and implementation of engineering projects
Collect, analyze, and document technical data
Support preparation of engineering drawings, reports, and presentations
Participate in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives
Perform research on materials, processes, and technologies as needed
Observe and follow safety, quality, and compliance standards
Attend project meetings and provide progress updates
Assist with troubleshooting and basic engineering calculations
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related field)
Completed at least one year of college coursework
Basic understanding of engineering principles and terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with technical drawings is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Basic programming or data analysis skills (Python, MATLAB, etc.)
Previous internship, lab, or project experience
