Mid LevelRED Global is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce to work across Marketing, IT, Product, and CX teams. The role involves leading discovery workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting business processes and requirements while facilitating communication between business and IT teams.

Responsibilities
Work with the various areas of business, lead discovery workshops between Marketing, Product, IT/Data team etc
Gather requirements
Document End-to-end business processes (customer lifecycle journey maps)
Document Business and Functional requirements
Work with the business and IT team to clarify any questions and act as liaison
Coordinate and facilitate the UAT
Experience working in Agile framework is a plus
Business knowledge of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and CX is a plus
Application in scope: Salesforce (most important), Azure Data Lake
Qualification
Required
