Responsibilities
Become a subject-matter expert on a modern application security platform and how it integrates into real-world development pipelines
Own customer engagements end-to-end, defining success criteria and guiding teams from initial evaluation through deployment
Clearly articulate how the platform differentiates itself across speed, accuracy, and flexibility within modern security programs
Serve as a trusted advisor to engineers, security teams, and executive stakeholders
Reduce friction in customer adoption by building automation, creating reusable technical content, and enabling self-serve workflows
Act as a thought leader in the broader security and developer community through writing, workshops, and technical presentations
Bring customer feedback back into the organization to influence product direction and roadmap decisions
Help scale a best-in-class solutions engineering organization by improving processes, tooling, and internal standards
Qualification
Required
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
A genuine interest in helping people solve complex technical problems
5+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing roles
Comfort working with senior stakeholders and navigating full enterprise sales cycles
A track record of elevating teams through mentorship, technical leadership, and knowledge sharing
Deep familiarity with developer workflows and CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI, Buildkite)
Experience in Security or developer tooling
A technical background through formal education, alternative training, or equivalent hands-on experience
